PT Indointernet Tbk (the “Company”) is currently undertaking a plan to change its status from a public company to a private company (the “Go Private Plan”), including the proposed delisting of the Company’s shares from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which was approved by the Company’s Independent Shareholders at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22 April 2026.
In connection with the Go Private Plan, Digital Edge (Hong Kong) Ltd, as the controlling shareholder of the Company, is conducting a Voluntary Tender Offer (the “Tender Offer”) to acquire all of the Company’s shares held by public shareholders in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
