Jakarta, September 14, 2026 — The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace continues to grow, yet access to AI and reliable internet connectivity are often still treated as separate needs. To support customer productivity, Indonet is introducing a new offering that bundles Internet with complimentary AI Credits. With an Internet subscription, customers can receive free AI Credits on Indonet’s AI platform. The offering brings internet connectivity and AI access together in one service. Indonet is the first Internet Service Provider (ISP) to introduce an Internet and AI Credit bundle, as part of its efforts to expand customer access to AI technology.
Generative AI is increasingly moving beyond being a new technology and becoming part of everyday work. Recent research shows that generative AI is already having a tangible impact on productivity and the way people work. In Indonesia, 96% of daily generative AI users reported improved productivity, according to the PwC Global Workforce Hopes & Fears Survey 2025.
“Internet and AI are becoming increasingly interconnected in everyday business activities. AI helps customers generate ideas and get work done faster, while reliable connectivity provides the foundation for these processes to run smoothly. Through this offering, we bring both together in a more practical offering for our customers,” said Donauly Situmorang, President Director of Indonet and CEO of Digital Edge Indonesia Group.
Enabling Businesses to Explore AI in Their Everyday Work
For businesses, AI is increasingly becoming part of everyday workflows rather than simply a new technology to experiment with. It can help teams explore ideas, process information, create content, and support tasks that require fast access to and processing of information.
Through its Internet and AI Credit bundle, Indonet gives customers more opportunities to explore how AI can be applied to their day-to-day business needs and support greater productivity.
“Through this offering, we hope more businesses can explore how AI can support their specific needs. We want to make access to both connectivity and AI more practical, giving customers more room to develop new ways of working and new ideas,” said Yudie Haryanto, Director of Sales & Marketing at Indonet.
The offering is available starting September 14, 2026, with the AI benefit provided at no additional cost to eligible customers, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
More information about the offering, including AI Credit allocation and terms and conditions, is available at Indonet Internet Dedicated + AI Credit.
