With that in mind, Indonet collaborated with WordPress and Jakarta Dev, with support from Build Club Indonesia, to hold an AI Content Generation Workshop at the Alibaba Cloud Indonesia office.
The workshop brought together members of Indonesia’s digital and technology communities to explore AI content generation and experience the technology through direct experimentation.
Connecting Communities with Emerging Technology

The workshop created an opportunity to bring people closer to AI technology and move the discussion beyond theory.
Together with WordPress, Jakarta Dev, Build Club Indonesia, and Alibaba Cloud, Indonet brought the community into a space where participants could learn from technology experts and experiment with AI tools themselves.

Exploring AI Content Generation with Alibaba Cloud
During the workshop, the Alibaba Cloud team introduced participants to AI content generation and its growing role in creative work.
Participants were also introduced to WonderClip, an AI-powered platform from Alibaba Cloud that supports image and video generation.
The session explored how generative AI can become part of the creative process. Participants could start with an idea and develop it into different visual formats.
They also gained a closer look at how prompts, concepts, and creative direction can influence the output generated by AI.
For Indonet, bringing technologies like these closer to the community is part of creating greater access to the digital capabilities that are shaping how businesses and individuals work.
Putting WonderClip to the Test
The workshop continued with a mini hackathon.
Participants used WonderClip to create their own AI-generated content. They experimented with different concepts and explored how the platform could turn ideas into images and videos.
The room quickly shifted from discussion to experimentation.
Participants tested prompts, adjusted their ideas, and compared the different results produced by the platform.
Each experiment demonstrated how much creative direction still matters when working with AI.
The technology can generate the output. However, the idea behind it still comes from the person using it.
The mini hackathon gave participants the opportunity to experience that process firsthand.
