Digital Edge (Hong Kong) Ltd. (“Digital Edge”) has officially become the majority shareholder of PT Indointernet Tbk (“Indonet”). The collaboration between Digital Edge and Indonet is expected to drive Indonet’s growth even further. Moreover, Toto Sugiri remains a shareholder and continues to play an active role as the President Commissioner of Indonet.

Digital Edge was founded by a senior management team with more than 20 years of experience at Equinix, Facebook, and Tata Communications, with strong expertise in value creation within the data center, cloud, and telecommunications industries in the Asia Pacific region;
The Digital Edge platform is currently present across Asia, including Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines. This enables Digital Edge to expand Indonet’s customer database;
Supported by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm focused on the infrastructure sector, Digital Edge can expand Indonet’s access to funding.
The collaboration between Digital Edge and Indonet is expected to strengthen Indonet’s business, positioning it as a trusted provider of digital infrastructure services in Indonesia.
