Indonet has just concluded its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) & Public Expose, a moment to reflect on our 2024 performance, outline the 2025 roadmap, and share important leadership and brand updates. The session underscored our focus on performance, reliability, and customer experience as we continue building Indonesia’s digital backbone.
Looking back on 2024, we recapped strong progress across network capacity, product innovation, and service experience. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re doubling down on investments that elevate end-to-end performance and resilience, while expanding partnerships that help customers move faster with confidence.
We also announced key leadership changes. Please welcome Yudie Haryanto as Director Sales & Marketing and Agus Ariyanto as Director of Operations, new leaders who bring sharpened focus on growth and operational excellence. In parallel, Raphael Ho is stepping down from the Board after a strong tenure as Director of Operations; he will continue supporting Indonet as a trusted advisor. This transition strengthens our bench while preserving valuable continuity.
Rounding out the announcements, we unveiled our refreshed brand identity, a bold, modern look that reflects our vision for scale and the clarity our customers expect. It’s more than a visual update: it signals a renewed commitment to reliable, secure, fast connectivity and the standards we set for ourselves.
Why it matters: stronger leadership, a clearer roadmap, and a refreshed brand position Indonet to keep delivering the infrastructure that Indonesia’s digital economy runs on. We remain focused on the outcomes that matter which are lower latency, higher reliability, transparent SLAs, and service that scales with our customers’ ambitions.
To our shareholders, customers, partners, and team members, thank you for the trust and collaboration. We’re one step closer to shaping the future of Indonesia’s digital infrastructure.
