Aldi Ghazaldi earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung in 2007 and his Master of Management in Human Resources Management from PPM School of Management in 2013.

He started his career in hospitality at Park Hyatt Washington, D.C., USA, in 2007 until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, he worked as a Business Development Manager at the International Trainee Network. In 2013, he joined Halliburton Indonesia as a Human Resources Business Partner. He then became the Head of Human Resources at Sonton Food Indonesia from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, he took on the role of People Solutions Manager at Indonesia AirAsia, serving until 2020. In 2020, he joined Shopee International Indonesia as the People Business Partner Lead, and in 2021, he became the Head of Human Resources Business Partner at PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk.

Since 2022, he has been serving as the Head of People and Culture at PT Indointernet Tbk.
