Indonet, together with Alibaba Cloud and AMSI (Indonesian Cyber Media Association), hosted Secure Infrastructure for Cyber Media on 9 July 2025, a collaborative forum where media IT professionals exchanged ideas to build a faster, safer, and more reliable digital-media ecosystem. We dug into connectivity via EPIX and Cloud Exchange: EPIX (an internet exchange point) keeps routes short and local, lowering hop counts and jitter so pages load fast and live streams stay stable, even during breaking-news traffic spikes; Cloud Exchange provides private on-ramps to clouds/CDNs/SaaS, delivering predictable latency, better egress control, and cleaner traffic posture for origin servers.
From there, we mapped cloud solutions end-to-end portable architectures with caching and queueing for bursts, autoscaling and multi-region failover, observability (p95/p99, latency/jitter/loss), and cost guardrails, before closing with media industry cybersecurity.
hank you to everyone who joined and contributed practical insights; your questions and real-world scenarios made the session genuinely impactful. We’re excited for what’s next and look forward to more collaborations that advance Indonesia’s digital media landscape.
