Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) merupakan salah satu organ dalam struktur tata kelola perusahaan (corporate governance structure). RUPS berfungsi sebagai wadah bagi para pemegang saham untuk memperoleh informasi, menyampaikan pendapat, mengajukan pertanyaan, serta memberikan suara secara sah terkait dengan kepentingan bisnis Perseroan.
